Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (5.1 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 package (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (topping layer)
- 1/8 cup grated semisweet chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix flour, butter, and walnuts until crumbly, then press into the baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in one container of whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese layer over cooled crust.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix, and milk until thickened, then spread over cream layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
- Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
