Description

No-Bake Chocolate Nutella Cheesecake Bars are rich, creamy dessert bars made with a chocolate cookie crust and a smooth Nutella cream cheese filling, set in the fridge for an easy, indulgent treat without baking.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 ½ cups chocolate baking crumbs (about 383 g)
  • ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate (about 100 g)
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream, divided
  • 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz / 250 g each), softened
  • ¾ cup Nutella (about 200 g)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (about 110 g)
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Fresh berries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter with chocolate crumbs and press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
  3. Chill crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. Melt chopped chocolate with 1 tablespoon heavy cream, stir until smooth, and let cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add Nutella and powdered sugar and mix well.
  6. Stir in the cooled melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  7. Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mixture.
  8. Spread filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until set.
  10. Slice into bars and top with whipped cream and berries if desired.
