Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 ½ cups chocolate baking crumbs (about 383 g)
- ¾ cup chopped dark chocolate (about 100 g)
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon heavy cream, divided
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz / 250 g each), softened
- ¾ cup Nutella (about 200 g)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (about 110 g)
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Fresh berries (optional)
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter with chocolate crumbs and press firmly into the pan to form the crust.
- Chill crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
- Melt chopped chocolate with 1 tablespoon heavy cream, stir until smooth, and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add Nutella and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Stir in the cooled melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mixture.
- Spread filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until set.
- Slice into bars and top with whipped cream and berries if desired.
