Description

Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake is a low-carb, creamy oven casserole made with shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and a rich cheese mixture, baked until golden and bubbly for a comforting and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Spread steamed broccoli evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Add chicken mixture on top and gently combine with broccoli.
