Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
- Spread steamed broccoli evenly in the baking dish.
- Add chicken mixture on top and gently combine with broccoli.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
