Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 1/2 cup banana pudding mix (instant)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sliced dried bananas (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
- Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the banana pudding mix and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Pour in the milk and continue stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- If desired, gently fold in the dried bananas and mini marshmallows.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press it evenly into the pan using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes until set, then cut into squares and serve.
