Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (for frosting)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add plant-based milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is set.
- Cool completely in the pan.
- Beat vegan butter for frosting until smooth, then add powdered sugar.
- Add plant-based milk and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars.
- Slice and serve.
