Ingredients
- Pretzels 2 cups lightly crushed
- Roasted nuts 1 cup
- Chocolate chips 1 cup
- Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Honey 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine crushed pretzels and nuts in a bowl and spread on the tray.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, then add brown sugar and honey, stirring until bubbling and slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour caramel mixture over pretzels and nuts, coating evenly.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let melt, then spread evenly.
- Cool completely, then break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Do not overcook caramel to avoid hardness.
- Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
- Customize with different nuts or chocolate types.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
