Ingredients

- 120 g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread filling on two slices of bread and top with remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip sandwiches into egg mixture, coating both sides without oversoaking.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from pan and let rest briefly.
- Slice diagonally and serve with desired toppings.
