Description
A refreshing no-bake strawberry lasagna dessert layered with buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, sweet strawberry topping, and fluffy whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed (for topping)
- Extra fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Fold 8 ounces of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the strawberry preserves and chopped strawberries.
- Allow the strawberry mixture to cool slightly, then spread it carefully over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- Chill between layers for cleaner slices if desired.
- Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and drained well.
- Vanilla cookies or shortbread can replace graham crackers.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze tightly wrapped for up to 1 month.
