Description

This Strawberry Cool Whip Pie is a light, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped topping, creamy vanilla pudding, and a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for summer gatherings, holidays, or an easy make-ahead treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Let the pudding mixture sit for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a spatula.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Arrange half of the sliced strawberries evenly across the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Spread half of the creamy filling over the strawberries and smooth the top.
  7. Add the remaining sliced strawberries as another layer.
  8. Spoon the remaining filling over the top and spread evenly.
  9. Cover the pie loosely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully chilled and set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled with extra strawberries or whipped topping if desired.

Notes

  • Fresh strawberries provide the best flavor and texture.
  • Frozen strawberries can be used if thawed and drained well.
  • Homemade whipped cream can replace Cool Whip.
  • Chocolate, cheesecake, or strawberry pudding can be used for flavor variations.
  • Pat strawberries dry before layering to prevent a soggy crust.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • This pie is best served chilled and should not be reheated.
  • Cookie crusts or mixed berries make delicious variations.
