Ingredients
- 8 slices thick brioche or challah bread

- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in diced strawberries to create the filling.
- Spread filling onto 4 slices of bread and top with remaining slices to form sandwiches.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from pan and let rest briefly.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
