Ingredients
- 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 box vanilla wafers or biscuits (about 200 g)
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture until smooth and silky.
- Layer vanilla wafers or biscuits in the bottom of a dish.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas, then strawberries.
- Spread a layer of pudding mixture over the fruit.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top.
- Spread whipped cream over the top and decorate if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
