A creamy no-bake dessert layered with cheesecake-style pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, and soft vanilla biscuits for a rich yet refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or biscuits (about 200 g)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture until smooth and silky.
  5. Layer vanilla wafers or biscuits in the bottom of a dish.
  6. Add a layer of sliced bananas, then strawberries.
  7. Spread a layer of pudding mixture over the fruit.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top.
  9. Spread whipped cream over the top and decorate if desired.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Chilling overnight improves flavor and texture.
  • Coat bananas lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Use fresh whipped cream for richer taste.
  • Do not freeze as texture may change.
  • Can be served in individual cups for presentation.
