Description

A light and refreshing no-bake dessert with juicy strawberries, fluffy marshmallows, and a creamy vanilla topping.


Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries 2 cups hulled and sliced
  • Mini marshmallows 1 cup
  • Whipped topping 1 cup
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and gently mix.
  3. In another bowl, combine sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  5. Pour mixture over strawberries and marshmallows and gently fold to combine.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve chilled.
