Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries 2 cups hulled and sliced
- Mini marshmallows 1 cup
- Whipped topping 1 cup
- Sour cream 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and slice strawberries into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add mini marshmallows and gently mix.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Pour mixture over strawberries and marshmallows and gently fold to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled.
