Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then mix into a dough.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
  6. Roll out dough into a pizza base and transfer to tray.
