Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then mix into a dough.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out dough into a pizza base and transfer to tray.
- Brush with olive oil and spread ricotta evenly.
- Top with mozzarella, gorgonzola, and parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Finish with oregano, slice, and serve hot.
