Instructions
- Prepare pineapple by slicing thinly or crushing slightly, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of each slice.
