Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for 4–5 minutes.

- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
