Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in oats and chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
