Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

  3. If mixture is too sticky, chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
