Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup passion fruit purée
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed graham-style cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until crumbly, then press firmly into the pan to form a base.
  3. In a bowl, whisk ricotta, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
