Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar (glaze)
- 2–3 tablespoons orange juice (glaze)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest (glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13-inch pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange zest.
- Combine orange juice, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and liquid mixture into the batter.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cream layer over cooled cake.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Fresh orange juice gives the best flavor.
- Do not overmix batter to keep cake light and fluffy.
