Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Rub seasoning mixture over chicken evenly.
