Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place halved and cored pears cut-side up in the dish.
- Mix honey, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Drizzle mixture over pears evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Remove and spoon baking juices over pears.
- Top with fresh berries, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
