Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped lobster, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix gently.
- Add celery (if using), salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls without cutting all the way through.
- Spread butter on the inside of each roll.
- Toast rolls in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
