Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or yogurt-based sauce

Instructions
