Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, powdered sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Whisk egg white until slightly frothy, then add melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
