Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave cream cheese and mozzarella in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Transfer melted cheese to a mixing bowl.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, sour cream, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Lightly wet hands and divide dough into 8 equal portions.
