Description

A classic no-bake icebox cake made with layers of whipped cream, chocolate pudding, and cookies that soften into a cake-like texture after chilling, creating a creamy, refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared and chilled)
  • 1 package chocolate wafer cookies (about 250 g)
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream in a dish.
  3. Add a layer of chocolate wafer cookies.
  4. Spread chocolate pudding over cookies, followed by whipped cream.
  5. Add sliced strawberries and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
