Description

Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into small meatballs and set aside.
  4. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in a baking tray.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Toss well.
  6. Arrange meatballs on top of vegetables.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring vegetables halfway through.
  8. Serve hot directly from the tray.
