Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 300 g semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 100 g white chocolate, melted (optional)
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
- Mix crushed cookies with cream cheese until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and mix well.
- Optionally add green food coloring and mix evenly.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a lined tray.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
