Description

Rich and creamy no-bake mint Oreo truffles coated in chocolate, combining a refreshing mint flavor with indulgent chocolatey goodness.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 300 g semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted (optional)
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add peppermint extract and mix well.
  4. Optionally add green food coloring and mix evenly.
  5. Form mixture into small balls and place on a lined tray.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Dip each truffle in melted semi-sweet chocolate, coating completely.
