Ingredients
- Low-carb tortillas 2
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Beef pepperoni slices 20–24
- Sugar-free pizza sauce 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil or butter 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Crushed red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices evenly on top.
- Season with oregano and garlic powder.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Place second tortilla on top and press gently.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until bottom is golden and crispy.
- Flip carefully and cook another 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove, cool slightly, slice, and serve.
