Ingredients

  • Low-carb tortillas 2
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Beef pepperoni slices 20–24
  • Sugar-free pizza sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil or butter 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with olive oil or butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni slices evenly on top.
  6. Season with oregano and garlic powder.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Place second tortilla on top and press gently.
