Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8–10 skewers
- Optional: fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, lemon wedges
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut chicken into even cubes.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken in the marinade until well coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Cook using grill, oven, or skillet until chicken is fully cooked (165°F / 74°C).
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Serve warm.
