Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 810 skewers
  • Optional: fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken into even cubes.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
