Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Stir in chicken, broccoli, half the cheddar, and half the mozzarella.
- Press crescent dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly over the dough.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Brush with melted butter if desired.

- Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
- Drain broccoli well to avoid excess moisture.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
- Add chili flakes or hot sauce for spice.
