Description

Creamy Broccoli Chicken Crescent Bake is a comforting baked dish made with shredded chicken, broccoli, and a creamy cheese filling layered over a flaky crescent dough crust. It is rich, satisfying, and perfect for quick family dinners or using leftover chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  4. Stir in chicken, broccoli, half the cheddar, and half the mozzarella.
  5. Press crescent dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Brush with melted butter if desired.
