Ingredients

  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then freeze small portions for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt, then combine with wet ingredients.
  5. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 175°C and line baking sheet.
  7. Flatten dough, place frozen filling in center, and seal into a ball.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool slightly, then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with toffee and chocolate.
  10. Serve warm or chilled.
