Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment and a wire rack.
