Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (about 500 g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken, let rest, then shred with forks.
- Return shredded chicken to skillet on low heat.
- Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, and chicken broth.
- Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add parsley and chili flakes if desired, simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and coriander.
- Serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
- Serve in lettuce wraps for low-carb option.
