Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  3. Add oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
