  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and slice into rounds or lengthwise pieces.
  2. Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet without touching.
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract if desired.
  6. Remove frozen bananas and drizzle with melted chocolate quickly.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed nuts or shredded coconut immediately.
  8. Return to freezer for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
  9. Serve directly from freezer.
