Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Peel bananas and slice into rounds or lengthwise pieces.
- Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet without touching.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract if desired.
- Remove frozen bananas and drizzle with melted chocolate quickly.
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts or shredded coconut immediately.
- Return to freezer for 10–15 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Serve directly from freezer.
