Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (150–180 g each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and drizzle with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper, then season salmon.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes, then flip and cook 3–4 minutes more.
- Squeeze lemon juice over salmon before removing.
- In a bowl, combine avocado, tomato, onion, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then toss gently.
- Serve salmon topped with avocado salsa.

- Do not overcook salmon to keep it moist.
