Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced

Instructions
