Ingredients
- 2 whole sea bass, cleaned and scaled
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse sea bass under cold water and pat completely dry.
- Make shallow diagonal cuts on both sides of each fish.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Lightly coat fish with flour and shake off excess.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry fish for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Add garlic to oil during frying if using.
- Remove fish and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
