Description

Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a creamy, no-bake frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and a touch of natural sweetener, creating a protein-rich treat that is cool, satisfying, and perfect for quick snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts or granola (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts if using.
  4. Scoop mixture into small portions onto a parchment-lined tray or silicone molds.
  5. Sprinkle with toppings if desired and gently press them in.
  6. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely firm.
  7. Remove from freezer and store in an airtight container.
  8. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
