Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts or granola (optional topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully blended.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips or crushed peanuts if using.
- Scoop mixture into small portions onto a parchment-lined tray or silicone molds.
- Sprinkle with toppings if desired and gently press them in.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely firm.
- Remove from freezer and store in an airtight container.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
