Description

A refreshing frozen treat made with creamy yogurt, juicy cherries, and a chocolate drizzle, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tang.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare cherries by washing, pitting, and halving them.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add cherries and gently fold to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop small clusters onto it.
  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.
  8. Return to freezer for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
  9. Serve directly from freezer.
