Ingredients
- 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare cherries by washing, pitting, and halving them.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cherries and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop small clusters onto it.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip frozen clusters in melted chocolate.
- Return to freezer for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Serve directly from freezer.
