Ingredients
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 package (0.3 ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin
- 2 cartons (6 ounces each) Key lime yogurt
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over the lime gelatin and stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Add the Key lime yogurt and whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
