Description

A light, creamy no-bake Key lime pie with a fluffy texture and refreshing citrus flavor, set in a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (0.3 ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 2 cartons (6 ounces each) Key lime yogurt
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour boiling water over the lime gelatin and stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the Key lime yogurt and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
