Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a loaf pan.
