Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (topping)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- Toss blueberries with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt.
- Spread blueberry mixture evenly in baking dish.
- Mix flour, oats, sugars, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble evenly over blueberries.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Frozen blueberries can be used if thawed and drained.
- Do not overmix topping to keep it crumbly.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
- Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
