Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture to form a soft dough.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are lightly golden and center is set. Cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy, then add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Divide frosting and tint with food coloring. Spread over cooled bars.
- Decorate with sprinkles if desired, slice, and serve.
