Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup melted butter or neutral oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (for topping)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare an 8-inch cake pan.
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool cake for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Heat cream and pour over dark chocolate to make ganache.
- Stir until smooth and spread over cooled cake.
- Let topping set before slicing and serving.
