Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place wings evenly in the crockpot.
- Mix barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, and garlic.
- Pour sauce over wings and toss to coat.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender.
- Optional: transfer wings to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes to crisp.
- Serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
- Broiling at the end adds crispiness.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
- Do not overcrowd the crockpot for even cooking.
- Store leftovers up to 3 days in refrigerator.
