Description

This creamy white chocolate caramel pecan fudge is rich, smooth, and filled with crunchy pecans and swirls of buttery caramel. It is an easy no-bake dessert that feels festive and elegant while requiring only a few simple ingredients and minimal preparation.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup soft caramel sauce or melted caramel candies
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream, if needed for thinning caramel

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra paper over the sides for easy lifting.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a medium saucepan.
  3. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Fold the chopped pecans into the fudge mixture until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Warm the caramel sauce slightly until pourable. If needed, stir in heavy cream to thin it.
  8. Drizzle the caramel over the fudge and use a knife or toothpick to swirl it gently through the top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  10. Lift the fudge from the pan, cut into small squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Walnuts can be used instead of pecans for a different flavor.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for a warm holiday taste.
  • Sprinkle extra chopped pecans on top before chilling for more texture.
  • Use salted caramel for a sweet-and-salty variation.
  • Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
  • Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for a softer texture.
