Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 to 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling near the bottom corner of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the side corners and roll tightly toward the top corner.
- Brush the top corner with egg wash and seal tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or heavy pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with sweet chili sauce or dipping sauces of choice.
