Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 120 grams dark chocolate (about 70% cocoa), melted
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, then let it cool slightly.
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add melted chocolate, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Blend until thick, smooth, and uniform.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
- Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with berries or chocolate shavings.
