A creamy and rich cottage cheese chocolate mousse that blends smooth texture with deep chocolate flavor for a light yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 120 grams dark chocolate (about 70% cocoa), melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, then let it cool slightly.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add melted chocolate, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Blend until thick, smooth, and uniform.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
  6. Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
